Pre-Owned Home: Gas Furnace Danger due to Rusted Burners
In this video, you will see the Very High Importance of selecting a home inspector who will spend the necessary amount of time in a hot attic to properly and fully inspect the mechanical equipment. The Gas Furnace in this video has extremely rusted ribbon burners, is basically past the end of it's functional life and is possibly a Hazard to the home owner.
Pre-Owned Home: Foundation Footing Built Incorrectly
As you view this video, the Foundation Fotings of this house were built very incorrectly and 'do not' adhere to building code. This issue WILL impact the Structural Integrity of this foundation and I fully anticipate future issues with the foundation.

This video demonstrates how 'some' pre-owned homes can have wiring hazards, especially in the attic, that the home inspector may me able to locate. The video is a bit dark, but is a good example of several of the hazards I identified in a single attic. I frequently encounter electrical issues such as this in pre-owned homes.
